Sales Account Manager

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a small Greek company specializing in the production of high-quality and aesthetically pleasing gift boxes, is seeking a Sales Account Manager. Location: Kallithea, Greece Working Model: On-Site You will be reporting to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to drive business growth and increase revenue by expanding their client base. You will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients, responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and ensuring a high-quality experience from inquiry to delivery. More specifically:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across various industries.
  • Understand client gifting needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product range.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. design, operations, logistics) to fulfill custom orders.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and client communication using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
