Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors

ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of Dexcom, global leader in technological equipment for diabetes, is seeking to recruit energetic Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors, who will be involved in the support of foreign markets.

Workplace Location: Full Remote (within Greece)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, morning hours

As a Customer Service Advisor at Dexcom, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and patients by providing timely guidance, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance for our products and e-commerce platform. You will document all interactions in our CRM, derive actionable insights from customer feedback, and contribute to smooth operational processes within a multinational team.

More specifically:

  • Answers incoming calls, places outbound calls, and responds to emails and social media requests in a timely manner, clearly documenting all correspondence in company CRM
  • Provides guidance to Dexcom Customers/Patients with regards to product offerings and e-commerce platform usage
  • Provides technical support in issues related to Dexcom mobile apps, cloud software and associated hardware
  • Troubleshoots and seeks solutions to problems related to questions and concerns received from Dexcom Customers/Patients
  • Utilizes salesforce.com/Genesys for incoming workload handling
  • Records and analyzes customers' feedback and derives operational measures from it
  • Takes on other assigned tasks if necessary

What we are looking for (in that order):

  • Fluent in both English and Dutch
  • 1-2 years of experience in Operations/Customer Service area (ideally in pharmaceutical industry)
  • Computer Literacy (e.g. MS Office)
  • Active listening and empathy towards customers' needs
  • Accountability and ability to work within a multinational team
  • Experience in the use of CRM programs (e.g. Salesforce) will be highly appreciated
