Our client, a global manufacturer of high-performance interconnect solutions, is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales, you will be part of the Sales Operations team supporting customer accounts and internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Account Manager, Inside Sales (3 Month Assignment) Location: Cerritos, CA Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Manage inside sales and account management activities for assigned customer accounts
Support quote-to-order and order-to-cash workflows using SAP SD and Salesforce CRM
Coordinate pricing, orders, and customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues, RMAs, or rework as needed
Maintain accurate account, order, and sales data while providing high-quality customer support
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or Sales Operations
Proficiency with SAP SD (2+ years)
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (2+ years)
Knowledge of quote-to-order and order-to-cash processes
US Person status (ITAR/EAR compliance requirement)
