Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay Range: $21-$25/hr

Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm - M-F

What's the Job?

• Welcome and onboard new talent with professionalism and warmth
• Conduct safety orientations and ensure all compliance documentation (e.g., I-9s) is complete
• Check in with talent throughout the day to ensure a positive experience
• Review and process staffing orders and assignments
• Maintain compliance with client-specific requirements

What's Needed?

• 1+ years in administrative, customer service, retail, sales, and/or another fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational abilities – able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Customer-first mindset – committed to delivering exceptional service
• Tech-savvy – comfortable with data entry, reporting tools, and staffing systems
• Safety-conscious – understands and enforces safety protocols
