Fleet Support Analyst Supervisor
Our client, a leader in the autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a Fleet Support Analyst Supervisor to join their team. As a Fleet Support Analyst, you will perform live troubleshooting of hardware/software-related issues, interfacing with operators, capturing the troubleshooting details in Jira and feeding this back to the Fleet Support Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $38.87
What's the Job?
- Supervise daily fleet support operations during assigned shifts, ensuring SLA compliance
- Serve as the escalation point for real-time vehicle issues and troubleshooting
- Perform initial diagnostics using data and telemetry from autonomous vehicles
- Document resolution processes in Jira to support continuous improvement
- Analyze fleet data to identify trends and proactively prevent recurring issues
What's Needed?
- 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience, ideally in automotive or transportation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
