CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday through Saturday, 6am to 2pm and 10:30am to 7pm. One day off during the week. Candidate must have availability for both shifts.

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure excellent service delivery
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and service requests
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely completion
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Solid multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
