Planned Activity Project Manager
Our client, Siemens, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Planned Activity Project Manager to join their team. As a Planned Activity Project Manager, you will be part of the Service Delivery Department, supporting multiple business lines and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Planned Activity Project Manager Location: 221 Gregson Drive, Cary, NC Pay rate: $33.50/hr. Shifts Available:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What's The Job?
- Manage all preventative maintenance and mandatory updates in accordance with contractual obligations and due dates
- Respond to incoming customer requests and proactively schedule planned activities
- Coordinate with customers to meet engagement milestones and ensure room availability
- Adjust to shifting priorities and reschedule work as needed with internal and external partners
- Provide regular reports by researching, documenting, and presenting findings
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to independently manage semi-complex to complex projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SAP knowledge is a plus but not required
