Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Services Professional 1 to join their team. As a Customer Services Professional 1, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 8am – 5pm

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online chat interactions
• Prioritize and manage daily customer inquiries, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly
• Collaborate across various functions to develop long-term solutions for customer issues
• Manage incoming mailboxes and respond professionally and promptly
• Execute transactions in SAP, including orders, returns, credits, and quotes

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or recognized GED
• At least 2 years of practical customer support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively
