Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the Pensacola, FL area, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to exceptional service and continuous improvement.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Pensacola, FL

Pay Range: $15/hr+

What's the Job?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Document customer interactions and update account information as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience

What's Needed?

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
