Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, working closely with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Benicia, CA

Pay Range: $19.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Saturday 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Off Wednesdays and Sundays)

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Solid multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
