Our client, a leading player in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Account Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting customer satisfaction and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Account Specialist

Location: Murray, UT

Pay Range: $30.00 per hour

Shift: Days (08:00-17:00)

What's the Job?

• Act as the customer advocate within the supply chain, ensuring timely execution of customer orders.
• Monitor the status of all open orders to provide updates and resolve logistics issues.
• Enter transactions for all orders in the Henkel ERP system, ensuring accuracy from receipt to invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with internal planners and transportation partners to facilitate order fulfillment.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving service delivery.
