Job Title

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Oversee customer interactions and documentation to ensure efficient cargo movement.

Delegate tasks to boost department productivity and maintain workflow efficiency.

Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Support sales efforts by resolving issues and identifying opportunities for growth.

Demonstrate strong time management and proactive problem-solving skills.

Work independently while contributing positively to the team environment.

Stay organized and take initiative as a self-starter.

Quote, book, and monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years of logistics experience; air freight/export experience preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

Must meet TSA background check eligibility.

Proficient in email, web browsing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Strong geographic knowledge for efficient freight routing.
