Our client, a leading organization in healthcare support services, is seeking bilingual customer service representatives to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will be part of the business process managed services supporting operations in the provider network. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Pay Range: $22/hour
Shift: Days (40 hours) expecting availability between 7AM and 7PM
What's the Job?
- Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program-related questions.
- Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in online logs for record-keeping.
- Transfer callers to appropriate units when necessary to resolve issues efficiently.
- Meet and exceed individual performance standards, including attendance and productivity metrics.
What's Needed?
- At least six months of recent, verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with a minimum of 80% proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
