Duties and Responsibilities
Quotation & Inside Sales Support
- Prepare accurate, timely quotations based on customer inquiries, pricing guidelines, and product specifications.
- Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads, identifying opportunities, and maintaining customer engagement.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and technical sales materials.
Customer Communication & Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or other communication channels.
- Provide detailed product information, technical guidance, and general support to customers and prospects.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes, leads, and inquiries to support sales conversions.
Product & Technical Knowledge
- Support the sales team with product demos and presentations by clearly explaining features, benefits, and technical details.
- Coordinate with engineering or technical teams to address customer questions or resolve technical issues.
Order Processing & Coordination
- Assist with reviewing and processing sales orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all order details align with customer requirements and internal standards.
CRM & Administrative Management
- Maintain and update CRM records, including customer profiles, activity logs, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Support the sales team with meeting coordination, scheduling, and calendar management
