Project Implementation Manager
As a Project Implementation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a smooth and successful customer onboarding experience. You'll collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to lead technical migrations, streamline implementation workflows, and ensure data integrity throughout the transition process. Your work will be essential to driving customer satisfaction and enabling long-term success for each implementation.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading customer migrations from billing systems such as Chargebee, Stripe, and Maxio

- Managing multiple client implementations at once, balancing scope, budget, and timelines
- Quickly learning new systems and tools to support customer use cases
- Communicating clearly and confidently in client-facing calls and internal meetings
