As a Customer Success Specialist, you will help clients find the right maid and ensure they are fully satisfied with the service. Your main goal will be to understand client needs and offer the best solutions.
What You'll Do:
Assist clients to match with the perfect maid based on their requirements.
Use strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to reassure clients and provide tailored recommendations.
Offer guidance and advice to help clients make informed decisions while maintaining service quality.
Ability to work 6 days a week.
Requirements:
Strong ability to assess client needs and match them with suitable candidates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in shortlisting and recruitment is a plus.
Ability to handle challenging client situations with patience and professionalism.
A persuasive and problem-solving mindset to retain clients and improve service satisfaction.
