Job Responsibilities

  • Expertise in Roller Hemming: Deep understanding of roller hemming techniques specific to automotive exterior panels. Knowledge of high-precision tooling and fixtures for Class A surface panels.
  • Dimensional Inspection Skills: Proficiency with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), laser scanners, and other precision measurement tools. Strong grasp of dimensional tolerances and surface quality standards.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze process data, identify root causes of dimensional issues, and implement corrective actions. Familiarity with metal forming, surface finishing, and aesthetic quality requirements.

Educational Background

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Experience in automotive body-in-white or exterior panel assembly is highly preferred.

Soft Skills

Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
