Required Experience:
20+ years of experience with U.S. Navy ships and shipboard systems in new construction, acquisition, production, and life cycle sustainment.
Hands-on experience in a Naval shipyard production facility environment.
Familiarity with Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP) and U.S. Navy command processes for inspection and acceptance of new construction ships.
Strong knowledge of U.S. Navy standards and best practices for program management and shipboard configuration, including design changes, construction, and modifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to engage with foreign military officers in a diplomatic and professional manner.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to large groups.
Prior program/production management experience with Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) or Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) programs.
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) management and security cooperation experience.
