Build and nurture relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, ensuring that we consistently exceed their expectations.
Work closely with internal teams (product development, marketing, etc.) to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs and support business goals.
Keep everything up-to-date in Salesforce for clear tracking and reporting.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven success as a Key Account Manager, with a strong focus on winning new business and executing strategic account plans in a B2B setting.
A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and consistently bringing in new clients.
Expert-level contract negotiation skills, with experience securing favorable terms and building long-term, profitable relationships.
Strong ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage accounts, track sales activities, and monitor progress.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment while maintaining focus on key priorities.
Must have a personal car and a valid driving license for client visits.
