Customer Service Representative

What Will You Do?

Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat and mail.

You will answer questions about our assortment, the ordering process, deliveries and invoicing.

You will process orders and make stamps for customers.

To provide our customers with a correct and complete answer in one go, you will have a lot of contact with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Finance.

You value the concepts of 'ownership' and 'done-in-one', which are central to Customer Care.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are customer-friendly, helpful and results-oriented.

You are a flexible team player who can keep a cool head under pressure and switch quickly.

You work accurately and are a good communicator, both verbally and in writing.

You have good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP is a plus.

You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
