What Will You Do?

You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat and mail together with your colleagues.

You will answer questions about our assortment, the ordering process, deliveries and invoicing.

You will process orders and make stamps for customers.

To provide our customers with a correct and complete answer in one go, you will have a lot of contact with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Finance.

You value the concepts of 'ownership' and 'done-in-one', which are central within Customer Care.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are customer-friendly, helpful and results-oriented.

You are a flexible team player who can keep a cool head under pressure and can quickly switch.

You work accurately and you are communicatively skilled, both verbally and in writing.

You have good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP is a plus.

You master the Dutch and English languages in word and writing.
