What Will You Do?

• Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat and mail.
• You will answer questions about our assortment, the ordering process, deliveries and invoicing
• You will process orders and make stamps for customers
• To provide our customers with a correct and complete answer in one go, you will have a lot of contact with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Finance
• You value the concepts of 'ownership' and 'done-in-one', which are central within Customer Care

Who Are We Looking For?

• You are customer-friendly, helpful and results-oriented
• You are a flexible team player who can keep a cool head under pressure and quickly switch gears
• You work accurately and are communicatively skilled, both verbally and in writing
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP is a plus
• You are proficient in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
