Role Overview: Remote role: This role is primarily remote. The individual will be required to travel to our Johannesburg office, if and when required. Hours: The individual must be willing and able to work as a 2nd shift role: US Hours (Pacific Time Zone): 12pm to 8pm - 1pm to 9pm or 2pm to 10pm. The role is a permanent five (5) day a week role (Monday to Friday). Flexibility: Due to high volume of cross- collaboration with colleagues in Pacific Time Zone, the individual will be expected to demonstrate flexibility in their working hours to work some morning hours as well to accommodate meetings across all time zones.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Project Manager - Digital Implementation to help implement clinical, product, and operational changes that impact our growing international mental health provider team. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by the challenge of owning the implementation of key operational changes across a business, managing a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve shared goals, and driving forward process improvements to enable scale. You will lead cross-functional projects designed to improve International Network Operation team operational efficiency and counselor experience. You can grasp operational details quickly but can also zoom out and connect the work to the bigger strategic vision and anticipate/mitigate potential risks. Ideally, you have worked closely with clinical partners in a healthcare setting.

This role will be critical in ensuring our network meets the evolving needs of our clients and providers, focusing on data-driven insights, operational efficiency, and strategic experimentation. You will work closely with local teams, product, platform support, Salesforce Development, IT, clinical governance, and other cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and achieve network performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and ensure consistent, structured and rigorous practices on testing, launching, and rolling out clinical, product, and operational changes that impact our growing international counselor team
  • Lead day-to-day implementation efforts of program-wide product and policy changes that impact international counselors or clients
  • Build the right resources, information, and processes to enable successful implementations across different audiences (e.g., training, playbooks, documentation, FAQs, etc.)
  • Optimize routine and standard processes by identifying and applying AI-driven solutions for greater efficiency and scalability
  • Develop feedback pathways between different stakeholders to incorporate counselor/stakeholder feedback into programmatic changes
  • Serve as an all-around team player to build and grow the international counseling program
  • Collaborate with local in country partners to understand their unique needs
  • Prepare and deliver enablement materials to local in country partners to help them understand and roll out product and operational enhancements

Minimum Level of Experience Required (including any industry-specific experience)

  • Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience with clinical or product operations or change management within healthcare and/or digital health; high-growth operations or startup experience strongly preferred

Minimum Skillset Required

  • Prior experience and passion for working closely with clinicians and clinical leadership
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams and facilitate cross-functional team meetings with minimal support and driving results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in network operations, or a related field, preferably in a global or multi-country environment
  • This role requires working across international time zones and may require some meetings outside of standard business hours
