Technical Support Me (M/W/D)

How You Will Succeed With Us – Your Main Responsibilities:

Reporting:

• SAP evaluations and analyses (project/maintenance budget)
• Creation of management reports and presentations
• Creation and maintenance of dashboards and Power BI analyses
• Creation and maintenance of bad actor analyses in the area of reliability
• Creation of performance descriptions, cost overviews, and effort estimates

Administrative:

• Scheduling and coordination of meetings in the area of maintenance, reliability, and engineering
• Coordinating activities in travel and event management (Concur system)
• Settlement and dispatch of documents in DocuSign, as well as their filing on Teams
• Coordination of centralized time recording
• Documentation and filing of overtime reports, especially controlling according to the Working Time Act and communication with site managers
• Review, revision, and filing of court-proof job descriptions in the area of maintenance, reliability, and engineering, as well as the maintenance of confidential documents
• SAP order processing (office supplies, safety supplies, etc.)
• Creation, management, and maintenance of the internal intranet page for the maintenance, reliability, and engineering organization – focal point of the position
• Responsible focal point learning management system (training database)
• Stockroom manager
• Taking over administrative representation in coordination with site leadership
• Participation in the organization of site-wide events, e.g., Global Safety Day

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., technician)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the commercial or technical sector
• Ability to proactively respond to management and task changes

• Very good communication skills, as well as good linguistic expression
• German and English in speech and writing
