Your Role:
We are looking for the future Key Account Manager (H/F). Under the responsibility of the Director Key Account, you are the main contact for a portfolio of national key accounts on one or more categories distributed by the different entities of EssilorLuxottica in France.
Main Responsibilities:
In harmony with the commercial strategy, your main missions will consist of:
- Developing the revenue, margin, and market share of EssilorLuxottica in France. This development is expected by fully utilizing the entire EssilorLuxottica model and all categories.
- Elaborating a 3-year strategic plan on each of the accounts in the portfolio in coordination with the other KAMs of the same accounts (if applicable)
- To support this plan and the business development objectives, imagine new offers/actions that facilitate a cross-category strategy.
- Negotiating the agreements and commercial conditions with your clients and on the categories of your perimeter
- Writing the contracts in relation with the legal service
- Responding to potential tenders in coordination with the KAM PS France and KA Europe team
- Ensuring the animation of the negotiated counterparts, notably by proposing and deploying commercial operations in connection with the marketing services of your clients
- Developing a strong commercial mesh with the stakeholders of your clients (decision-makers, network animators, multi-property owners...)
- Deploying and animating the strategy put in place on the key accounts with the sales forces
- Acting in support of the sales forces on high-stakes appointments
- Ensuring the regular follow-up of the needs and activities of the clients
- Analyzing the results of your portfolio and elaborating the associated action plans
- Ensuring the sales forecast
Your success will be evaluated on the ability to generate profitable growth (revenue, margin, mix), to gain market share, to reinforce customer satisfaction, and to deploy the strategic plans over 3 years.
