As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a critical role in coordinating across departments to ensure the efficient management of our customer orders. Duties:

• Order Processing, including Purchase Order review and order tracking
• Quotation processing in support of the Sales Team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Provide timely communications with customers to provide availability, shipping, and order status.
• Maintain and update customer data as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business or 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
