Your new role As our new student assistant, you will support the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team – a strategic commercial function that enables our markets to deliver strong and consistent customer experiences. Your tasks will be varied and include both administrative and ad hoc support as well as contributions to ongoing projects. You will work closely with our Senior Manager for Change Management and support our Global Customer Engagement Leads in preparing materials, coordinating activities, and engaging with affiliates. You will help support ongoing change and communication initiatives by contributing to the development of communication materials and content, such as presentations, short videos, articles, and toolkits used across markets. You will also assist in gathering input and insights from stakeholders to help ensure clear and consistent communication. In this role, you will gain insight into how communication and change initiatives are developed and implemented in a global organization.
Your future team Global Customer Experience is part of our commercial organization, working closely with markets across the globe. You will join a collaborative and international team that values structure, openness, and strong communication. We work closely together and support each other in balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution. The atmosphere is informal, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn. As a student assistant, you will be included as a natural part of the team and given responsibility suited to your experience. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you bring to the team You are currently in the final stage of your bachelor's degree or enrolled in a master's program. While not required, a background within business administration, corporate communication, or change management is considered an advantage. You also bring: Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working Good coordination and planning skills An interest in developing communication and content (e.g., presentations, videos, articles) with a focus on clear messaging and engaging storytelling An interest in understanding different stakeholders and how to communicate effectively across functions and levels Experience from a corporate environment is a plus As a person, you are reliable, proactive, and curious. You enjoy working with others and are motivated by learning how to communicate clearly and create engaging content in a professional setting.
