The Customer Success Specialist is the frontline face of Lucid Bots for our growing customer base. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and delivering meaningful value in a startup environment. You'll provide support and education to customers, helping them get the most from our robotics solutions while also spotting opportunities for improvement, growth, and advocacy.

  • Manage inbound support via HubSpot for service requests, troubleshooting, product questions, and guidance.
  • Resolve open tickets assigned to you in a timely, empathetic, and effective manner.
  • Understand each customer's goals, workflows, and pain points—and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Drive adoption of our robotic solutions by helping customers understand, utilize, and gain value from them.
  • Lead regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to share insights and improve our offerings.
  • Serve as the customer's voice internally, surfacing product suggestions, feature requests, and pain points.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, sharing upsell leads with the Customer Success Manager team.
  • Own product knowledge, staying up to date with evolving features, capabilities, and use cases.
  • Provide flexible support, including extended hours on evenings and weekends, when needed.
  • A customer-first thinker who thrives on helping people get real value from innovative products.
  • A self-starter who's comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
  • A problem-solver who listens deeply and responds with clarity, patience, and empathy.
  • A proactive communicator who keeps both customers and teammates in the loop.

  • Prior experience in a customer success, support, or service-oriented role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or B2B technology solutions.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools is a plus.
  • Background in exterior cleaning, soft washing, or facilities services is a bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer needs at once while staying organized and responsive.
  • Comfort working flexible hours and weekends to support mission-critical systems.
