Quartz Financial, founded by Shane Moore and David Rust in Austin, Texas, offers investment management, financial planning, risk management, and estate planning for families with sudden or generational wealth. Shane and David have written four books on their niche market, sudden wealth. They accept a limited number of new clients each year, providing personalized, objective advice tailored to the unique needs of their clients. They are seeking an organized support professional with office management experience, prioritization skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to assist advisors.
The primary role of the Client Service Associate (CSA) is to provide administrative support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The CSA helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor's clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer services skills (both verbal and written), and a proven ability to adapt to a changing work environment. Additionally, CSAs must possess the skills to independently and confidently conduct established client meetings when needed.
