We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include: assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets, keeping the store well-stocked, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, and other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions, lift between 30 and 50 lbs., meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
