Clerical & Administrative Support Specialist

Adecco Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional for a Clerical & Administrative Support Specialist role. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and report preparation
• Support internal teams and customers with timely and courteous service

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay Details:

$15.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
