Job responsibilities include:
- Sales support for hard capsule filling machine related equipment
- Provision of technical services for hard capsule filling machines
- Machine installation
- Validation
- Training on usage methods
- Troubleshooting
- Regular maintenance and upkeep
Additionally, the role involves:
Evaluating the filling of the company's own products (hard capsules) in the capsule filling machine.
Mainly involves machine maintenance, but may include electrical work.
Required qualifications:
Must have over five years of experience in sales engineering, mechanical design, production technology, or related fields involving machine design, installation, or technical support.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with the introduction of capsule filling machines or production technology.
Knowledge and practical experience in GMP/ISO9001.
Ability to communicate in English.
