Project Coordinator

Project coordination of multiple projects to the value of $5k-$50k, this will include:

Identify project resource requirements. You will learn how to negotiate project resource commitments and ensure that assignments are made to complete deliverables within established time frames

Assist in the resourcing of all professional services engineers to ensure the Project Management System is up to date with required scheduling

Direct and coordinate resources on project activities for assigned projects

Aid in building and supporting effective project teams

Coordinate and provide timely and professional advice on key issues relating to the development and delivery of projects

Prepare accurate reports, submissions, briefings, meeting minutes, correspondence and related documents for projects

Successfully deliver small technical projects using established processes and frameworks and providing regular project reviews

Focus on client engagement and satisfaction facilitating communication between our clients and the project team

Requirements:

Verbal communication and presentation skills with exceptional customer service skills. You can present information clearly and persuasively across various communications settings

Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and delegate effectively

Ability to listen, interpret and question; with empathy, and business acumen. This will provide the foundations you need to deeply understand requirements in order to drive ideal outcomes (we can teach the how, you just need to bring the attitude & core competency)

Flexible team player with the ability to work in cross functional teams and prioritise/reprioritise as you manage conflicting tasks to achieve successful outcomes

You are bright with rapid comprehension and sound judgment skills, and are consistently committed to ethical decision-making

You are a positive human with an innate can-do attitude. Your innate character will equip you with what it takes to motivate, inspire and lead our teams towards pleasing project deliveries
