Provides frontline support for Health Information Technology (HIT) devices and applications, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, video tech, and peripherals. Delivers excellent customer service while performing break/fix support, routine maintenance, software upgrades, and assisting with IT implementation projects. This position will be based in Shelby, MT but will make day trips twice per month to support the Cutbank, MT location as well.

Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
