You will be the Project Management & Planning Operations representative (Control Account Manager) for our ADP team within the Business Operations organization for Engineering & Technology.
What You Will Be Doing As the Control Account Manager you will be responsible for coordinating with the Program Team, other Control Account Managers (CAM), finance counterparts, subcontractors, suppliers and customers to ensure that program requirements and deliverables are met. You will address technical issues, coordinate with suppliers, and support Program Cost and Schedule reviews. Your responsibilities will include:

• CAM Certification
• Agile Account Management Experience
• Familiar with classified programs/requirements
• Generating metrics-based Basis-Of Estimates (BOEs) and providing proposal support
• Experience with Supplier Management and Coordination
• Ability to plan strategically and translate these strategies into daily, weekly and monthly tactical actions and tasks
• Demonstrated self-starter requiring minimal supervision with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven communication skills (verbal and written) with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels (up/down/parallel) both within an organization and with
• Experience coordinating across multiple functions or engineering teams
• Proven Experience and Leadership in Risk and Opportunity Management
• Demonstrated experience in developing high performance team and leading culture change in the organization
• Experience in the creation and process flow of Non-Production Requests (NPRs)
• Experience in the approvals of invoices from suppliers and/or subcontractors
• ADP experience
• Experience in JIRA. Confluence, SharePoint
• PMP certification

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
