The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. This position focuses on anticipating customer needs, providing timely updates on orders or service changes, and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Provides support to customers and outside sales team, address product issues and errors, identifies solutions and recommends action to ensure customer satisfaction. (35%) Uses research and tools to calculate pricing quotations that reflect project and customer requirements as well as project specifications. (30%) Researches market for competitive pricing information; creates reports to summarize pricing. May make recommendations on next steps. (30%) Contacts customers after the sale to provide ongoing service and support and to resolve problems. (5%) Other duties as assigned.
