Customer Service Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. This position serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders throughout all repair and return processes. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely data entry, driving proactive and transparent communication, and ensuring that customer needs are consistently prioritized and addressed with professionalism and urgency.

• Returns and Repairs Administration

• Manage the processing of repair and return requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures.

• Review, validate, and enter all required data into the appropriate systems with a high level of accuracy.

• Monitor open cases to ensure timely resolution and escalate delays or issues as needed.

• Provide guidance to customers on required documentation, processes, and timelines.

• Ensure all repair and return activities comply with company policies, warranty guidelines, and service standards.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits, reporting, and internal reviews.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all repair and return activities.

• Respond to inbound tickets efficiently through the support system, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.

• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or Equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in similar role

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.

• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly motivated and able to take initiative without supervision.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP

• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Results oriented.

• Capable of making responsible decisions without fear or assuming responsibilities.
