Customer Service Assistant

Acts as a liaison, providing product information and assists in resolving any emerging problems that our customers may encounter with accuracy and efficiency.

About the job:

  • Answers non-standard inquiries about the products ordered, product offerings, and offers minimal technical assistance. (40%)
  • Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to customers. (30%)
  • Communicates with customers regarding price discrepancies, shipping information, dates and lead times. (20%)
  • Tracks product issues and identifies if trends exists, reports issues to manager. (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
  • Five to seven years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • High attention to detail
