The main objective of the position is to execute various Reporting & Order Management activities, giving summarized data to support Supply Chain Strategic Objectives in an effective, accurate, and timely manner. About the job: Order management reporting. Own and gather the needed data for the group to collectively evaluate our performance to end customers. Basic Order management processing Delivery information processing Actively participate in regional continuous improvement and lean projects. Identify, and bring to resolution any reporting deficiencies and inaccuracies Analyze and report mutually agreed upon goals and objectives: a. Customer Fill Rate, Satisfaction Levels, & Service KPI's b. Sample fulfillment c. Order Acknowledgement d. E-commerce and automation (EDI, Business Center and Business WH) e. Logistical complaints Inform the appropriate individuals of any issues that come to your attention though-out the analysis process. Other duties as assigned.
About you: Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred Five to seven years of experience Proficient in MS Office Analytical skills Strong communication skills Experience with SAP preferred High attention to detail
