Customer Service Agent I - Shop

The Customer Service Agent I - Shop is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our Driveway "Shop" operations. This position assists customers looking to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles completely online and have them delivered to their home.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Concierge
    • Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
    • Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email
    • Single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction
    • Presents financing terms
    • Presents protection products (ex: Extended warranties)
    • Collects down payment, Driver's License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income
    • Communicates paperwork and logistic timelines
  • Maintain activity log
  • Other duties as assigned
