What you do:
- Manage IT administration tasks such as user/group administration, manage security rights, group policies, and review requests through workflows to ensure all requests are accessed correctly and completely.
- Manage hardware and software to ensure they are ready and can meet the organization's operational needs efficiently, such as operating systems, security systems, applications, email systems, laptops, and desktops.
- Provide comprehensive and thorough initial assistance and troubleshooting for IT team tasks to LINE MAN Wongnai employees.
