Technical Support / Stagehand (Entry-Level Welcome)

Job Title: Technical Support / Stagehand (Entry-Level Welcome) Location: Carlstadt, NJ (On-Site) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM $28 per hour/ up to 60k perm

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Technical Support / Stagehand to join our team in Carlstadt, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone entry-level who has a passion for theater, stage production, or entertainment lighting and is eager to grow their technical skills in a supportive environment.

This role combines in-house technical support with occasional hands-on staging and lighting assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and working behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide product support to customers via phone and email
• Process and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and assist with repair of returned products
• Assist with quoting and coordination of repairs
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base of product issues and solutions
• Support on-site installation and troubleshooting of theatrical lighting equipment (occasional travel may be required)
• Assist with stagehand duties including setup and breakdown of lighting equipment when needed
• Complete special projects and tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Track and report monthly support activity metrics
• Perform additional duties as assigned
