Customer Service Representative
Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-renowned health information company in search of the right candidate for contract Customer Service Representative opportunity based out of the Indianapolis, IN area! What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inbound phone calls and assigned email requests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and swift resolutions.
- Perform troubleshooting tasks regarding the registration process, login process, or other miscellaneous issues.
- Assist callers with the navigation of the company website, applications, and surveys.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year call center experience required.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word & Excel required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime if needed required.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Work Hours (Multiple Options Available):
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM M-F
- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM M-F
- 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Sun-Wed
Job Type: Contract with potential to extend/convert and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
