Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Norwood, Ohio. This is a first shift opportunity ideal for candidates who have strong customer service skills and a background in the medical or healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online systems in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with questions related to services, billing, scheduling, or account information
• Enter and update information accurately within internal systems and databases
• Provide order/status updates, confirmations, and follow-up communication as needed
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of client needs
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Medical, healthcare, or insurance-related experience strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

First shift (standard business hours)

$20–$21/hour, depending on experience
