Customer Service Representative (Temp) – Seattle
We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to assist with inbound and outbound communications, resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries from customers
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide support to internal teams as needed
- Contribute to a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience (phone/email/chat)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Reliable and detail-oriented
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
