Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $18 to $19 per hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients to identify a Customer Service Representative for a first-shift opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely, professional support.

Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, issues, and requests while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
  • Process orders, requests, or account updates as needed
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform other customer service or administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have a call center background answering a high volume of inbound calls
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Reliable attendance and time management
