Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Mesa, AZ that is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (Bilingual in Spanish/English) to join the team. This is an onsite position Monday through Friday. Pay range is $21.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact customers both inbound and outbound.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and emails with customers.
- Guide customers through the order processing and product details.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system with accurate data entry and attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Deescalate calls as needed
- Translate bilingual Spanish calls and written emails to Spanish/English
- Assist with outbound calls for follow-ups.
- Customer account management and verification of information.
- Process payments accordingly and provide receipt via email to the customer
- Assist with any troubleshooting tier one support for the customer.
- Support special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience or call center experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare industries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
