Bilingual Call Center Representative

LHH is recruiting a Bilingual Call Center Representative for a healthcare client in Indianapolis. This role requires strong communication skills, healthcare experience, and the ability to support patients and providers with medical insurance claim questions.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday onsite, 8am–5pm
• Fridays work from home

Pay: $18/hr

Key Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Healthcare experience required (medical office, claims processing, or medical insurance knowledge)
• Strong grammar, accuracy, and timely follow through
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems

Responsibilities:

• Investigate, research, and resolve medical insurance claims using multiple systems
• Provide clear, high quality customer service to patients and providers
• Answer inbound calls related to medical insurance coverage (approx. 60 calls/day)
• Identify and resolve claim issues with simple, clear communication
• Collaborate with providers to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding claims
• Make occasional outbound calls to providers
