We're looking for an Administrative / Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic insurance team in Carlsbad. This role plays a critical part in improving customer retention and reducing cancellations through proactive outreach and live payment reminders. By helping customers stay on track with timely payments, you'll directly impact cash flow, customer satisfaction, and overall business health. You'll also contribute to building processes, scripts, and analytics that measure success, laying the foundation for long-term retention strategies. This is a fully on-site position for an initial 3–6 month assignment, with the potential to become permanent if the role proves successful.
