Customer Service/Order Processing Role

You are communicative, service-oriented, and a team player? Then we are looking for you as a reinforcement for our customer service/order processing team! Your tasks:

  • Point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders
  • Professional and prompt handling of orders and complaints
  • Active customer support and consultation in all matters
  • Maintenance and updating of customer data and products
  • Close cooperation with other departments

You bring:

  • Completed commercial education or similar qualification
  • Ideally, previous experience in customer service/order processing
  • Communication skills and strong service orientation
  • Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Very good German and English language skills
